Bedroom

Our end of tenancy cleaners will get all the bedrooms spotlessly clean by dealing with the following chores:

• Remove cobwebs from the room’s ceiling and walls 
• Dust and polish bedroom furniture – wardrobes, nightstands, shelves, bed frames, dressing tables
• Wipe dirt and dust from the top of doors and doorframes
• Clean the dirt and dust from the curtain rails
• Dust and vacuum thoroughly bedroom blinds and curtains
• Wipe and polish mirrors, pictures, picture frames, and other wall hangings
• Dust skirting boards and other decorative elements
• Wipe dirt and dust from light fittings, lampshades, and chandeliers

Dirt is the most visible and least tolerable in toilets and bathrooms. That is why our check-out cleaning professionals put extra efforts to get these rooms sparkling clean. • Clean dirt from sinks, bathtubs, basins, taps, and shower fittings

Kitchen and Food Preparation Area

The kitchen is one of the most used rooms in any home, and your rental doesn’t make an exclusion. This area is exposed to food stains, grease, and high humidity, and it’s susceptible to the development of bacteria and mould growth. When our end-of-lease cleaners handle the kitchen, they meticulously carry out the following tasks:

• Remove cobwebs from the ceiling and walls of the kitchen
• Wipe off dust and dirt from the top of doors and doorframes
• Clean and polish the curtain rails
• Vacuum both sides of blinds and curtains thoroughly to remove accumulated dust
• Degrease and polish all surfaces – countertops, tables, and around the sink
• Clean the inside of all kitchen cabinets, cupboards, shelves, and drawers
• Polish the outside of kitchen cabinets, cupboards and drawers 
• Dispose of leftover food and piled up carrier bags and containers
• Disinfect the kitchen sink and polish the taps
• Clean limescale and hard water deposits from the sink and tiles
• Degrease wall tiles and polish them
• Report mould growth before booking; specialist remediation is outside the standard cleaning scope
• Remove food scorched food, degrease and wipe off ovens internally and externally
• Clean dirt, dust and grease from extractor hoods and cooking hobs
• Degrease gas rings and control knobs
• Clean and polish the interior and exterior of all kitchen appliances
• Sanitise the waste bins

Fridge and freezer*

• Throw out food leftovers
• Remove food stains, mould and mildew
• Sanitize the handles of the fridge and freezer
• Wipe down the rubber seal 
• Move the fridge and freezer to clean underneath and behind if possible
• Dismantle, clean and polish shelves and slots inside
• Remove stains and polish the exterior of the fridge/freezer

*Please make sure to turn off and defrost the fridge and freezer at least 24 hours before our end of lease cleaners arrive.

Dishwasher

• Clean food residues and soap deposits from the dishwasher 
• Remove dirt and mildew 
• Check and clean the appliance’s filters
• Clean the rubber seal of the dishwasher
• Move the machine to clean underneath and behind if possible
• Dismantle, cleanup and rinse all removable parts 
• Clean the detergent dispenser slot to remove dirt and soap stains
• Wipe the appliance’s handle

Washing machine

• Clean the drum from hair and soap leftovers 
• Inspect and clean the washing machine’s filters
• Clean the door rubber seal 
• Move the appliance to clean underneath and behind if possible
• Wipe the detergent dispenser drawer to clean dirt and soap stains
• Clean the washing machine’s handle and door
• Wipe the outside of the washing machine
• Polish all knobs and buttons

Tumble dryer

• Clean the dryer inside and out
• Wipe off the dirt from the rubber seal 
• Polish all knobs and buttons of the appliance
• Check and clean the dryer’s filter

Toaster

• Degrease, wipe and polish the outside of the appliance
• Remove any food residues and bread crumbs

Be sure that landlords never fail to notice the mess and dirty furnishings during the final inspection of rental. • Clean beneath suitable light furniture where movement is safe and agreed; heavy furniture is not moved as standard
• Dust off and polish TV screens, internet routers, cables, remote controls
• Wipe and polish wooden decorations and interior ornaments
• Remove cobwebs from the ceiling and corners of the walls
• Wipe the dust and dirt settled on top of doors
• Wipe the dust covering picture frames
• Clean the curtain rails
• Thoroughly dust and vacuum both sides of blinds and curtains
• Clean and polish light switches and sockets
• Dust off and wipe light fixtures and lampshades

* Deep furniture cleaning is not a part of the move-out cleaning service. If there are unsightly spots and stubborn stains, we recommend adding sofa cleaning to your booking. Ask for the combined price when requesting your quote.

Hallway and stairs

• Remove cobwebs from ceilings and walls of the hallway
• Dust of and clean curtain rails and picture frames
• Remove fingerprints and stains from mirrors and polish the surface
• Wipe window sills, window frames, and ledges from inside
• Dust and polish doors and doorframes
• Clean all skirting boards and woodworks and polish them 
• Clean and polish the bannister, railings, and stairways
• Wipe lights switches and light fixtures
• Clean cables and electric sockets
• Clean behind, inside and on top of shoe cabinets, wardrobes, and other furnishings
• Dust all smooth surfaces and polish them 
• Thoroughly vacuum carpets and floors
• Clean and polish hard floors

Carpets

Carpets and rugs form part of the property handover, but vacuuming and deep carpet cleaning are different tasks. As a part of our end of lease cleaning service, our team will:

• Vacuum all carpets in the rental meticulously 
• Move furniture to vacuum underneath

If the flooring needs deep cleanup or stain removal we can do it upon your request. Carpet cleaning is a separate service, and it will cost extra. Any combined-service price will be confirmed in your quote. 

Windows, Mirrors and Glass Surfaces

Every surface in the property should be spotless before you move out. That is why we will pay special attention to all windows**, mirrors, and glass surfaces around the rental. Our end of tenancy cleaning team will:

• Remove any fingerprints, marks, and water rings
• Wipe the smooth surfaces to prevent streaks 
• Polish all glass surfaces – tabletops, windows, mirrors, etc
• Dust and wipe down window sills in every area
• Clean window frames to remove dust and dirt
• Dust curtains, blinds, and shades

** We can clean the outside of the windows upon your request. However, this is not a part of our end of tenancy cleaning service, and it comes extra to your final bill.
