The service at a glance
Build a one-off cleaning checklist around your home
We agree the work for your home before you book. Specialist extras are discussed separately.
Kitchen priorities
Choose the accessible kitchen surfaces, storage exteriors and everyday cleaning tasks that need attention. If you want inside cupboards or appliances cleaned, describe those items and prepare them so the time and scope can be agreed.
- Worktops, sink and suitable accessible surfaces
- Cupboards and appliances specified in the checklist
- Grease build-up and inside work discussed in advance
Bathrooms and living spaces
A bathroom refresh, dusty bedrooms and busy living areas can be combined in one visit. Prioritise the spaces you need most and tell us about delicate finishes, heavy clutter or furniture that limits access to the surfaces below.
- Agreed bathroom fixtures and suitable surfaces
- Accessible furniture, mirrors and contact points
- Vacuuming and mopping within the booked scope
Detail cleaning and separate extras
Interior glass, skirting boards or emptied storage can be part of a planned checklist where suitable and time allows. Deep carpet, sofa or mattress treatment and exterior windows are different services and should be quoted separately.
- Detailed priorities listed before the appointment
- Specialist extras identified in the enquiry
- Enough time allowed for the condition of the home

A closer look at the service
One-off deep cleaning in London
Some homes need more than the usual weekly tidy: a kitchen has built up cooking residue, a bathroom needs a deeper clean, or several rooms need attention before a visit or after a busy period. Crown Cleaners provides one-off cleaning in London around the tasks and priorities that matter to you.
This is a planned cleaning visit for your home, rather than an automatic promise to complete every possible task in any condition. Extra work, specialist treatments and difficult access need to be discussed separately. If the purpose is a full rental handover, end of tenancy cleaning may provide a more appropriate scope.
From enquiry to aftercare
How to arrange your one-off deep clean
-
Choose the rooms and priorities
Explain what you want cleaned and what should come first. Include the property condition, number of rooms and any deadline so we can discuss a realistic plan for the visit.
-
Agree time, products and equipment
We confirm the booked hours, scope and supply arrangements. You can discuss work using your own materials or the quoted option with Crown’s materials, with equipment arrangements agreed separately.
-
Prepare the home for the visit
Clear small belongings and fragile items from the agreed areas, arrange access and explain any care restrictions. Empty storage or appliances where their interiors are included in the checklist.
-
Work through the agreed checklist
The cleaner follows the priorities within the booked scope and time. If further work is identified, it should be discussed rather than assumed to be covered by an open-ended clean.
Know what to expect
Choosing the right type of deep cleaning
A focused refresh or a whole-home visit?
A short visit can address selected priorities, while accumulated dirt across a larger home can require substantially more time and preparation. Explain the actual condition instead of choosing hours from room count alone. Clear instructions help the cleaner spend the visit on cleaning rather than sorting belongings. Discuss inside cupboards, appliances or other detail work early so the checklist is practical.
When another service is a better fit
An empty rental being handed back may need end of tenancy cleaning. Fine dust and building residue after renovation can require after builders cleaning. A stained sofa or carpet needs a material-specific treatment. Tell us the purpose of the visit so the service is selected for the job rather than treating every deep clean as the same package.
Make the visit work for you
Turn a general deep clean into a useful checklist
Make the most of your one-off cleaning visit
Write a short priority list, starting with the rooms or tasks you most want completed. Identify suitable cleaning products and equipment if you are supplying them, and tell us about any finish that needs particular care. We confirm the minimum booking duration, available time and supply arrangements with your quote.
If belongings or building work still block the surfaces you want cleaned, explain that before the appointment. Planning access, emptying agreed cupboards and separating specialist extras from ordinary cleaning can make the visit more useful. If you need ongoing help after the initial clean, see regular domestic cleaning.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I book one-off, regular or end of tenancy cleaning?
Choose regular cleaning for recurring household tasks. One-off cleaning is an hourly visit planned around your priorities. EOT cleaning has an agreed property checklist and per-job price for a move-out clean, with its own 7-day re-clean guarantee. Compare the scope before booking.
What is included in a one-off clean?
We agree the rooms, tasks and priorities for your booked time. Tell us about appliances, internal windows and any areas needing extra attention. Specialist textile cleaning and other extra services must be requested separately; the quote confirms the scope.
How are the price and cleaning time agreed?
The price depends on booked hours, the property’s size and condition, priorities and supplies arrangements. The minimum booking is three hours. We confirm the quote before booking; additional work or time needs your agreement. See our cleaning prices.
How many cleaners will attend?
Team size depends on the property, booked work and availability. If you need the work completed within a particular window, tell us when requesting your quote so we can discuss the team and timing.
Do I need to stay during the clean?
You do not need to stay throughout, but arrange entry, an available contact and how the property will be secured afterwards. If possible, allow time to check the agreed work with the team; being absent does not prevent you from raising a later concern under our booking terms.
Can I request specialist extras or mould cleaning?
Ask for separate carpet, upholstery, mattress or exterior-window work when requesting your quote. Tell us about mould before booking: its extent, surface and any moisture problem need assessment, and specialist remediation may be required. We confirm which work we can accept rather than treating all mould as a routine cleaning task.
When is my booking confirmed?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve an appointment. We contact you with availability, the agreed scope, price and payment arrangements. Your booking is confirmed after you accept the offer and receive confirmation from our team.
How and when do I pay?
The full agreed price is payable before cleaning starts. We accept card payment through our payment link, bank transfer, or cash on arrival before work where agreed in advance. Your booking confirmation sets out the payment arrangements.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact us as soon as you need to change or cancel a booking. The notice requirements, any applicable charges and cancellation rights are explained in our booking terms. We confirm any rearrangement with you.
