The agreed clean includes accessible worktops, hob, sink, taps, cupboards and drawers, with empty storage cleaned inside. Deep oven cleaning is included. Tell us which other appliances require cleaning; fridges and freezers must be emptied and prepared before the visit.
Bathrooms and toilets
The agreed work covers the bath or shower, basin, toilet, taps, mirrors and reachable tiled surfaces. Soap residue and limescale are treated using methods suitable for the finish. Cleaning cannot repair worn sealants, damaged surfaces or permanent marks.
Bedrooms, living spaces and storage
We clean the agreed accessible furniture, empty wardrobes and storage, doors, handles, switches, skirting boards and mirrors. Identify the furnishings staying behind and any care instructions. Heavy furniture is not assumed to be movable without prior agreement.
Floors and interior windows
Carpets and soft furnishings are vacuumed, suitable hard floors are mopped and reachable interior window glass, sills and frames are cleaned within the agreed scope. Deep textile treatments, exterior windows and specialist access are separately quoted additions.

The guarantee covers the agreed cleaning work. It does not guarantee a tenancy deposit return or repair damage, worn finishes or permanent marks.
Before your cleaning appointment
Clear the rooms and storage
Remove personal belongings and rubbish, empty cupboards and drawers, and identify furniture remaining in the property. Arrange the clean after removals, repairs and decorating rather than while other work is still taking place.
Prepare appliances and utilities
Empty and prepare the fridge and freezer, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Defrost them at least 24 hours beforehand where needed. Working water, electricity and safe access are required for the appointment.
Arrange keys and building access
Agree collection and return, any concierge or entry permissions, the floor and lift arrangements, and a reachable contact. Applicable parking, congestion and other access charges are discussed and confirmed with the quote.
Allow time before key handover
Leave an inspection window after the visit and allow any separately booked textile treatments to dry. Keep your booking confirmation with the inventory and dated photographs so the condition at handover is clearly recorded.

When should the clean take place before check-out?
