The clean is planned around the agreed rooms, accessible surfaces and your handover requirements. Cleaning does not repair damage, reverse wear or determine the return of a deposit. If an agreed cleaning task is missed, contact us within 7 days. Eligible issues receive a free re-clean, subject to our booking terms. This covers cleaning, not the return of a tenancy deposit. Plus, our move-out cleaning includes oven cleaning as standard, tackling one of the most time-consuming tasks on your list. While we don’t deep clean carpets or upholstery, which can be booked additionally, we vacuum them thoroughly. Use the agreed checklist to compare the cleaning scope with your property and check-in inventory. Below are the rooms and tasks we can include in your move-out clean.

Kitchen
We will sanitise and polish all kitchen surfaces so they are immaculate for the next tenant. The sink and taps will be scrubbed, and all the bins will be emptied and disinfected. We will also clean all appliances in the kitchen area. That is why we kindly ask you to turn off the fridge and freezer one day before your EOT cleaning appointment, so we can clean them inside and out.
Oven cleaning
Our end of lease cleaning includes free-of-charge deep oven cleaning. We will remove the racks and all other detachable parts to soak them in an oven cleaner and scrub off the dirt. We will remove grease and food stains inside and out. After the oven is dry, we will assemble and test it.
Bathroom
Our professionals will clean every corner of the bathroom, ensuring it’s spotless! We will make an extra effort when scrubbing the sink, toilet bowl and bathtub to remove soap stains, limescale and grime. The mirror and all bathroom fixtures will be polished to perfection. We will wash the bathroom floor and tiles and dry them thoroughly to ensure no water stains are left.
Bedroom
Each bedroom’s surfaces and furnishings will be dusted and wiped, and the mirror will be polished. We will vacuum the mattresses, carpets and floors in the property’s bedrooms. As part of our end of tenancy cleaning service, we will also wash the tiles and hard floors in the sleeping area.
Living Room
All the carpets, rugs and furniture in the living room will be vacuumed and the hardwood floors will be cleaned. We will also wipe down and polish all furnishings and surfaces, leaving the area dirt and dust-free for the next tenants.
Windows
As part of our EOT service, we provide free interior window cleaning for each room of the rental property. We polish the glass and dust and wipe window sills and frames. However, if you want the windows cleaned inside and out, we can do it for an additional cost.
Hallway & Stairs
We will vacuum the floors and carpets in the hallway and wash the tile and hardwood flooring. All surfaces will be dusted, and the mirror will be polished clean.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in an end of tenancy clean in North London?
The agreed clean covers accessible rooms and surfaces, including deep oven cleaning, with equipment and products supplied. Carpets and upholstery are vacuumed; their deep cleaning and exterior window cleaning are separate services. Check the full cleaning checklist and confirm the appliance and access requirements in your quote.
How is the price for my North London property agreed?
We quote per job for the agreed scope, rather than charging an hourly EOT rate. The price depends on property size, bathrooms, condition, appliances and any extra services. We confirm the total price, applicable tax treatment and any agreed parking, congestion or other access charges before you book. See our cleaning prices for starting prices.
How much time should I allow for the clean?
Many properties take around 3–6 hours, but size, condition and booked extras can change this. We confirm an access window when arranging the appointment. Allow time after the clean for your inspection and, if textile cleaning is booked, any required drying before handover.
Do I need to be at the property?
You do not need to stay throughout the clean. Arrange how the team will enter, provide an available contact, and agree how the property will be secured afterwards. Tell us about key collection, building entry, lifts and parking before the appointment.
What does the 7-day re-clean guarantee cover?
If an agreed cleaning task was missed, contact us within 7 days of the clean with the details and any relevant photographs or check-out comments. Eligible issues receive a free re-clean, subject to scope, notification and access conditions in our booking terms. The guarantee covers cleaning; it does not guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit.
How do payment and booking changes work?
The full agreed price is payable before cleaning starts. We accept card payment through our payment link, bank transfer, or cash on arrival before work where agreed in advance. Your booking confirmation sets out the payment arrangements. Contact us as soon as you need to change or cancel a booking. The notice requirements, any applicable charges and cancellation rights are explained in our booking terms. We confirm any rearrangement with you.
