Q: How much does it cost to get the carpets cleaned too?

Q: How long until the carpets are completely dry?

Avoid stepping on the rugs and carpets at least 10 hours after cleaning them to prevent re-soiling and deformation of the fibres.

Q: Do I need to move furniture?

Usually, this is not necessary. But it might be appropriate if your rental has a lot of furniture. To guarantee that you will obtain your deposit, the move-out cleaners will have to vacuum and mop beneath furnishings like sofas, cupboards, etc.

Q: Do I need to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?

Yes. Please defrost the fridge and freezer at least 24 hours before the end of the tenancy cleaning service. Otherwise, the technicians won’t be able to clean the appliances.

Q: Do you clean windows from the outside or hard to reach internal windows?

Yes, we can do this job, but it is not a part of our move-out cleaning package. If you want, you can add outside window cleaning to the booking as a separate service. However, suppose you book a window cleaning along with our end of lease cleaning. In that case, we will provide you with a special discounted price for using a combination of our services.

Q: Do you clean the blinds as part of the service? 

Yes. Our cleaners will vacuum and wipe the blinds as part of our end of lease cleaning package. 

Q: Do you clean chandeliers and ceilings?

Yes, usually do, but only if they are easy to reach

Q: Do you clean lofts?

Due to safety and health hazards, we don’t clean lofts.

Q: Will you clean blood, faeces, or bodily fluids?

No. We don’t clean blood, faeces, or any other bodily fluids. This service requires an assessment of the risk and specialised cleaning methods.  

Q: Do you clean walls? Get rid of wall marks?

No, we don’t clean walls and scuff marks. Removing dirt from your walls should be done before the end of tenancy cleaning.

Q: Do I have to pay for parking?

That is the single extra cost that you might add to your budget. We always try to find a free parking spot for our service vehicle. But if there is no such place available and the property is within the congestion zone, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the parking fee.

Q: Do I have to be at the property?

You don’t have to be present while we work, but you have to arrange a key pick-up and payment. You can pay for the end of tenancy cleaning service in cash or with a card. However, it is better if you are at the property when the team arrives so you can discuss the specifics with the technicians.

Q: What happens if the team misses something?

It is very unusual for our team to overlook cleaning something. Hover, if we have missed a spot, you can call us within the next 72 hours and deal with the dirt at no extra cost for you.

Q: What happens if the cleaners damage something during the service?

All of our technicians are vetted, fully covered professionals. In case of an accident, you will get fair compensation. Still, all of our technicians are very careful, so our customers rarely face such situations.

Q: Do you charge VAT?

The VAT is included in the cost of every cleaning service we provide. 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

We will need a deposit only if the estimate is over £400. We might ask for your card’s details to secure the booking on our schedule. However, the final payment is always settled upon completion of the job and after the final check-out inspection of the work done at your rental.

Q: Do you charge by the hour or per job?

The end of lease cleaning is priced per job, not by the hour. Our technicians will stay on-site until the property is thoroughly cleaned.
