That is the single extra cost that you might add to your budget. We always try to find a free parking spot for our service vehicle. But if there is no such place available and the property is within the congestion zone, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the parking fee.

You don’t have to be present while we work, but you have to arrange a key pick-up and payment. You can pay for the end of tenancy cleaning service in cash or with a card. However, it is better if you are at the property when the team arrives so you can discuss the specifics with the technicians.
